Returns

At Sekeny.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you ordered, you may return them within 30 calendar days after receipt of the merchandise.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization number. Once you have received your return authorization number, please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible, and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your returned item(s), a refund will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase, excluding the shipping costs. Please allow up to 3 business days after receipt of your goods for inspection and payment processing.
